Very satisfied with the content and presentation of the webinar. However, I was very disappointed that, despite repeated requests, the handout was not made available ahead of time. If you print the handout after the webinar has started, you're bound to miss some of what is being said. Also, although the file name of the handout was visible, there was no link attached. Thank you for your comments. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the webinar. The idea of providing a handout before the webinar was my idea, and the Proz.com staff readily agreed it would be helpful to attendees. The handout was uploaded prior to the webinar, but it appears that due to its size, it was not easy for everyone to download it from the link provided.
