im working on a pages of translation work right now,and i have delegates to help me,but they are located offshore,can you please help me on how to monitor them, i need a employee time tracker. need your opinion badly.

Both of them are free, easy to use. MyHours is online platform while TimeStamp is executable program.
You may try both of them and see which one is better for you.

I cannot imagine someone is going to take screen shots of what his "employee" is opening at the time just to track his status.
