Hello Everyone,
Greetings, hope you are all keeping safe in this pandemic Covid 19. I have a bad audio quality for transcription project, the background noise is lousy and both speakers are not audible enough, can you recommend a good transcription software that can assist me in transcribing this audio? This will be highly appreciated. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind regards
Blessing

I think you need software that will attempt to improve the audio. Then, you can use your normal transcription procedure on the improved audio.
Audacity isn't the most user-friendly program, but I was impressed by its noise removal. To use noise removal, you have to select a piece of audio that contains only the noise, and then tell Audacity "this is the noise", and then apply that noise removal on the entire file, which will attempt to remove that type of noise from the entire file. It will cause the audio to sound more metallic (as if the speakers were shouting into tin cans or talking to each other in the shower) but the words will be clearer. https://www.google.com/search?q=audacity%20noise%20removal

You could try using an automatic cloud based software such as Maestra (https://maestrasuite.com/audio-to-text) to automatically transcribe your audio file to text.
