ADOBE 8.O READER AND FLASH PLAYER DELETES DNS 9.5 FROM MY COMPUTER. I AM RUNNING WINDOWS VISTA AND GOT INSTRUCTIONS FROM NUANCE FOR HOW TO INSTALL DNS 9.5. BUT THE FIRST TIME I INSTALLED ADOBE ON MY SYSTEM THE FIRST THING IT DOES IS DELETE DNS, INCLUDING ALL MY SAVED FILES, FROM MY COMPUTER. THIS HAS HAPPENED 3X.

I CALLED NUANCE AND EMAILED THEM AND OF COURSE HAD TO MANUEVER PAST HAVING TO PAY FOR SERVICE, WHICH IS UNUSUAL- ESPECIALLY SINCE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THAT GOOD TO BEGIN WITH.

HERE IS THEIR UNBELIEVABLE ANSWER TO MY QUESTION OF WHAT SHOULD I DO SINCE ADOBE IS DELETING THEIR SOFTWARE FROM MY COMPUTER AND EVIDENTLY IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH DNS- ' YOU SHOULD TAKE THIS ISSUE UP WITH ADOBE.'
