Deutsch term

Es gilt die Ihnen als Anlage übergebenen Dienstleistungsvereinbarung

Deutsch > Englisch Rechts- und Patentwesen Recht: Verträge service contract
I have checked the glossary and there are many entries for "es gilt", but none of them seem really fitting here.

The sentence "Es gilt die Ihnen als Anlage übergebenen Dienstleistungsvereinbarung" appears on a separate "Dienstleistungsvertrag".

agree Kim Metzger : or shall apply. I've also seen service-level agreement for Dienstleistungsvereinbarung.

agree Steffen Walter : "shall apply" is just a tad more "legalese" but "apply" will do the trick nicely on its own.

agree Adrian MM. (X) : ... (are) to apply - sometimes main verb missed out as shorthand.

the service agreement as per enclosure applies

neutral Kim Metzger : English syntax problems.

neutral Richard Benham : The syntax is not exactly wrong, but it is terribly unidiomatic.
