Those are European Standards EN and available in at least German, English and French in printed and electronic copies. You have the EN, you know it's 10204, try to find either on the Net or via Buys, the publishers, specialising in EN's.

you go to 2.1 etc.

I worked for many years in like the bible. No customer would accept material without them. We always called them as above. It is impotrant to state the standard to which they are prepared as this says a lot about testing frequency, sampling methods etc etc.

Werksbescheinigung 2.1: Bescheinigung, in welcher der Hersteller bestätigt, dass die gelieferten Erzeugnisse den Vereinbarungen entsprechen, ohne Angabe von Prüfergebnissen.

: Werkszeugnis 2.2: wie 2.1, jedoch mit Angabe von Prüfergebnissen auf der Grundlage nichtspezifischer Prüfung.

: Werksprüfzeugnis 2.3: wie 2.2, jedoch mit Angabe von Prüfergebnissen auf der Grundlage spezifischer Prüfung. Voraussetzung ist, dass der Hersteller über keine von der Fertigung unabhängige Prüfstelle verfügt. Ansonsten ist das 3.1.B Abnahmezeugnis anzuwenden mit Unterschrift des Werksachverständigen.
