I wondered how many of you sat the IoL Metropolitan Police Test and what your experiences were. Did you pass first time and which part of the test did you find the most challenging. Do you have any techniques you would be willing to share with me regarding coping with nerves and general concentration tips?

I passed it first time. Re nerves, I think everyone has their own strategy. I just concentrate on the language and how best to render it in clear speech. Everything else becomes secondary. It works for me.
