In my opinion, it will be wise to discuss different things in separate threads.
As a user of CAT Tools, I think that one thing is to discuss the differences between TRADOS and Wordfast (some say, it's like discussing the differences between two well-known soccer teams). And a very different thing is to discuss "CAT tools" as a whole... too wide to be dealt with in the same thread!
