Hi Thomas,

Nothing very official or up-to-date I'm afraid, but here are a few interesting resources:

Mozilla:

See: http://www-archive.mozilla.org/projects/l10n/mlp_glossary.html

I have the Dutch-English version up on my website (http://wordbook.nl/ ) @ http://wordbook.nl/content/MOZILLA.txt

Opus:

http://opus.lingfil.uu.se/Ubuntu.php

Apple:

Translation Project:
I have a massive TMX I created a while back from hundreds of freely available open source PO files I found via:
http://translationproject.org/html/welcome.html

In general, all the OS stuff is online here and there as PO files, so do some searching for "PO", etc
