The 'repeat offenders' is of course meant tongue-in-cheek in this instance. How to best get the irony without sounding too crude? I thought of 'the wicked persisting in their ways'. "Returning to scene of the crime" etc. is too much over the top. Same with offenders, malefactors, transgressors and what have you.
Everybody please call on their criminal talents to get me out of the slammer.

Ideally, it should be to the point. Suspects returning...etc is long.
I also thought of "recidivists", some of their readers may not be familiar with it, but then one could add the little teaser "if you get the drift", to sort of nonchalant it.
Any thoughts?
