I graduated as an Interpreter and Translator at the University of Udine, Italy and then attended a Master in Interpreting and Translating at the University of Bath, UK.
After my studies I spent 6 months at the European Commission in Luxembourg where I had the chance to work with professionals and translate texts and articles of political and socio-economical nature from French, English and occasionally German into Italian. It was a very enriching experience that helped me understand and appreciate the work of a translator.
In the last few years I have been working only occasionally, due to family commitments. Now that the children are in school full time, I would like to start working more regularly.
