What is this?

I am trying to figure out where they are from, but there is no information on their website. Isn't it illegal to not indicate where the company is incorporated and what their registered address is?

You can easily discover who they are and where they are based by reading the line below their name... (or doing a whois on the domain name and checking the registrant).
