It’s a question of doing your research. The Medical Devices Regulation (2017/745/EU) makes provisions in several places that the information supplied with a device must be made available in the language(s) accepted in the Member State where it is being sold. AFAIK most medical devices sold in the EU are translated in all EU languages…
