What does it mean? Sign a NDA. Is someone can help me? I just receive an offer and they ask me to sign a NDA. Qhat is this?

"NDA" means "non-disclosure agreement" - if you enter "NDA" in the forum search, you'll find numerous related topics.

NDA is a Non Disclosure Agreement
A pretty standard document that vendors need to sign to assure the outsourcer that any material and information supplied will be treated with utmost confidentiality

Lise,

Of course you can sign.,. better.. you have to, otherwise you will not get the work. But read carefully before signing it, and keep a copy for yourself. Some companies (your clients) have quite strict rules, restrictions on the work you are doing for them and on their clients.. etc.
