Schaeffer recommends leaving it in German. You could add the second definition as an explanation in brackets.

Authorised Representative

William is right that "Prokurist" as a title is not really translateable.
The definition is a person with powers of procuration, which does not lend itself to a title.

The workaround is either:
a) that you leave the title as is (not reallt good for a visitng card IMO), or

b) use my suggestion above. "Authorised Representative" is a person empowered by a company to represent it. The extent of representation powers is not defined by this. Procuration in itself also does not define the extent of represetnation, because in Germany that is a registration procedure at thr Trade Registry, where the exact pers of the rokurist are delimited.
Peer comment(s):

agree Kim Metzger : Officer of the company?

neutral Maureen Holm, J.D., LL.M. : Not clear that authorized representative has the power to bind, nor does every company officer.

Managing Clerk/one and not the Company Secretary

Note that there can be only ONE company secretary in the UK. There can be a few Prokuristen. So to the reverse question: company secretary = approx. Einzelprokurist.
